The Big Question,What Is The Cleaning Process
1-Upon Arrival to your home, we will do an inspection and comfirm the areas to be steamed cleaned.
2-Upon Request for $25.95, we will apply our special mixed solution "Pre-Spray", not harsh, "yes" pet and kid safe ingredients added. Our pre-spray is a Mild Citrus Stain Removal. Citrus Solution is a natural anti-allergen. 100% Organic CitusSafe -Non Toxic & Non-Acidic, contains d-Limonene, whats is "d-Limonene?" , "safe carpet cleaner" from nature combination for you and your carpet or upholstery care.
d-Limonene is the major component of the oil extracted from citrus rind. When citrus fruits are juiced, the oil is pressed out of the rind. This oil is separated from the juice, and distilled to recover certain flavor and fragrance compounds. This is food grade d-Limonene. Our solution is designed to breakdown your medium to heavily soiled traffic stains.
Pet Treatment:
Urine is mostly ammonia, which is a weak form of bleach and contains bacteria that if left alone in the right conditions can multiply and cause severe problems especially to asthmatic or immuno compromised individuals. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of the stain itself as it depends on such factors as length of time in carpeting, other chemicals that the customer may have applied to the stain trying to remove it, and even the type of food the pet eats. In purchasing the antibacteriant treatment, we are neutralizing the existing bacteria so that it does not spread and become more prevalent by using an EPA registered sanitizer.
"Urine Stains" In most cases, if the Urine stain is at a early applied stage, we should be able to remove it with our pre-spray. When your pet pees on the carpet it leaves an unpleasant odor that your pet may repeatedly return to. Avoid using ammonia-based products to clean dog urine. One of the ingredients of pet urine is ammonia and he may well be encouraged to re-offend in the same area. Remember, dog's sense of smell is a hundred times better than yours.
Dye Stains:
"Red Dye and Pigments" such as
Kool-Aid™, Gatorade™, Red wine, cherry, red pet food or other fruit juice spills on carpet need to be blotted up immediately before they soak into the carpet because they actually dye the nylon or wool fibers within the carpet. Other carpet cleaners may tell you that these stains are permanent. However, we can remove more that 80% of these red stains.
3-We use 230 + degrees the temperature, that kills germs "Hot Water Extraction" as our method of "steam cleaning" because it is the most thorough cleaning process available and the most recommended by the major carpet manufacturers warranty, and strengthening of the carpet fibers. Our treatments are very affordable. Big Question??? What Is The Drying Time???, Dry time could range from 2-8 hours depending on a couple different reasons why??? The degree of soil level in the carpet, thickness in carpet fibers, also the amount of steam applied, or the amount of humid-air conditions in the area cleaned. Upon completion, the low moisture will evaporate into the air from the carpet fibers with in 2-8 hours.
